Use Mobile Camera As WebCam

STEP 1 :  INSTALL Smart Cam.EXE (WINDOWS) 

STEP 2 :  INSTALL SMARTCAM ON YOUR MOBILE    SYMBAIN S60 2ND SIS CLICK HERE

Step3:-Start up SmartCam on your PC and go to File-->Settings and check your connection and proceed next step.
Step3:- Start SmartCam on your phone and go to Options-->Connect and it will ask you for server name and you need to type your PC IP address or your system name
